Nova Alarms Ltd have been providing electronic security systems in the Tayside, Fife and Grampian areas since 1979 and currently maintain thousands of systems throughout the East coast of Scotland.
As an NSI (NACOSS) Gold Approved Company we adhere to the latest European Standards and on completion of every installation we issue an NSI certificate of compliance which is recognised by all insurance companies and police forces throughout the United Kingdom. As part of our ongoing commitment to high standards we achieved ISO 9000 Quality Assurance Certification in 1992.
All members of staff have been through rigorous security screening including police vetting and previous employers, going back a minimum of ten years. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement all staff are trained to the highest standard and regularly attend in-house and external training courses to keep abreast of new technology.
All our technicians carry a Company Identity Card and wear corporate uniforms at all times. They also carry out their work causing the minimum of disruption.
Nova Alarms currently carry out installation and service work for the local government including Angus Council, Dundee City Council, Perth & Kinross Council, Tayside Health and count some of the largest private sector companies among our client base. We also have over four thousand domestic clients.
